HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE READY?

All our orders are manually facilitated which takes more time than other 
pre-made products. We believe in custom-producing each and every order,
to ensure the best possible quality.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED?

When we have your order fulfilled and it's shipped, we send you an email
with the tracking information, and, depending on how the shipping elements
are configured on your order determines the shipping time-frame for your
specific order.

WHEN DO I GET MY PRODUCT?

Once your payment is received and cleared, the physical order-fulfillment
process begins. Each item ordered is manually routed for production,
printing or embroidery and then packaged for delivery. 

An email is sent to your customer email account informing you of
your order completion and delivery details.

Please note; Items ordered and fulfilled are based on initial product availability.

HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT TO WAIT FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

Most deliveries take from 7 to 12 business days from payment clearing.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?

Sometimes errors in shipping do occur.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED?

We cannot control how the item was received.
